Tell me more about your company?
I would like to tell you how I started in this industry back in 1984. I worked in numerous apartment buildings where I was given repair jobs others did not want to work on. While deconstructing sub-par installations, I cut my teeth on how NOT to install tile, how to prevent failures when I installed tiles, and the best way to find resolutions to common problems. It was after 2 years, that I founded my own company. I make sure that myself and my employees stay updated on the latest technologies, and I make sure that all the materials and installation techniques that are used are in strict compliance with all the guidelines set by the Tile Council of North America, or TCNA for short, to ensure that all our West Simsbury, CT clients are given the best services, and at affordable prices.
Will you only take on cash transaction jobs?
NO, we will also take checks, whichever method is preferable by our clients.
Are appointments needed?
No, however, we do suggest you make one. We like to spend time with our clients, introducing them to all their different options, and talking them through our method of operation, all of which takes time.
